Instruments Dictionary

Hello readers! The other day the teacher told us to make a dictionary for children, so I decided to do an instruments dictionary, but no a normal dictionary, a dictionary with CC images, Creative Commons (CC)is an American orgaization devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share, summarizing, images that haven't copyright. In order to do that, firstly, I did a presentation using the aplication of Drive called "Presentaciones de Google", after that I convert to an PDF, to finish with the work, I went to the online and free aplicattion called Calameo, it's a aplication that help you doing a dictionary, here are the results.

Hello readers!!! Today, the teacher told us to recommend a film or a game that we like. So here is my recommendation.

Film: The trilogy of the Hunger Games
PLOT:

The Hunger Games trilogy takes place in an unspecified future time, in the dystopian, post-apocalyptic nation of Panem, located in North America.The country consists of a wealthy Capitol city, located in the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by twelve (originally thirteen) poorer districts ruled by the Capitol. The Capitol is lavishly rich and technologically advanced, but the districts are in varying states of poverty.

The trilogy's narrator and protagonist Katniss Everdeen, lives in District 12, the poorest region of Panem, located in Appalachia,where people regularly die of starvation, one boy and one girl from each of the twelve remaining districts, between the ages of 12 and 18, are selected by lottery to compete in an annual pageant called the Hunger Games. The Games are a televised event in which the participants, called "tributes", are forced to fight to the death in a dangerous public arena. The winning tribute and his/her home district are then rewarded with food, supplies, and riches.

Film: “ Ocho apellidos vascos

Plot:

Rafa (Dani Rovira) has never left his native Seville, Andalucía, until he meets a Basque girl named Amaia (Clara lago), who resists his seduction techniques. The nobel prize 2002 Jimmy Carter

Hi people!!!!! In my last class the teacher told us to choose people who won the Nobel prizes between the years 1996 and 2016. I’ve chosen Jimmy Carter, is an Ex-president of the United States and one of the people that won the nobel prize in 2002.

James Earl "Jimmy" Carter Jr. is an Ex-American politician and author who served as the 39th President of the United States from 1977 to 1981.

He was born on October 1, 1924, so he is 92, he born in Plains, Georgia

Carter, a Democrat raised in rural Georgia, was a peanut farmer who served two terms as a Georgia State Senator, from 1963 to 1967, and one as the Governor of Georgia, from 1971 to 1975. He was elected President in 1976, defeating incumbent President Gerald Ford in a relatively close election; the Electoral College margin of 57 votes was the closest at that time since 1916. During his presidency (1977-1981)

He got the nobel due to his decades of untiring effort to find peaceful solutions to international conflicts, to advance democracy and human rights, and to promote economic and social development.  

I have chosen Jimmy Carter because in my opinion is a very interesting person that helps to international conflicts, that advance democracy and human rights, and finally to promote economic and social development. Because of that I think it was a just winner of the nobel of the peace in 2002.

Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Whatsapp,Twitter are social sites that most people use daily.

Social sites have many too much advantages and disadvantages, for example:

You can meat many too much people easily, you can read and view interesting texts or photos if you are bored, the communication is in real time and finally you can find information easily.

Cyberbullying is dangerous if you don’t know how to configure them, these sites can be used by criminals to release information and they can be addictive and devour lots of our time. These are the disadvantages of social sites.

DIFFERENT MEANINGS OF “A FRIEND”       


There are two types of friends, the traditional friend (the friend that you can stay with all the day, the friend who helps you in difficult moments of your life, the real friend) or the friend of the Social Sites ( only you can chat and share pictures with him, the person who speaks with you maybe because he/she is bored and he/she ignores your life, the person that could annoy you).

Configure properly your account, and don’t accept suspicious people if you want to guarantee your privacy in these social websites.

And many of you don't know what is Cyberbullying.

Cyberbullying is bullying that takes place using electronic technology. Electronic technology includes devices and equipment such as cell phones, computers, and tablets as well as communication tools including social media sites, text messages, chat, and websites. Cyberbullying occurs when a person o a group of people starts making fun of a person in internet (social sites). They insult him, they mess with him, they send bad photos of him…

Snapchat is an image messaging and multimedia mobile application created by Evan Spiegel, Bobby Murphy, and Reggie Brown when they were students at Stanford University.

WhatsApp Messenger is a proprietary, cross-platform, encrypted instant messaging client for smartphones. It uses the Internet to send text messages, documents, GIF images, video, user location and audio messages to other users using standard cellular mobile numbers.

Twitter is an online social networking service that enables users to send and read short 140-character messages called "tweets". Registered users can read and post tweets, but those who are unregistered can only read them.
